This standard shall be effective as of the date of promulgation. Since January 1, 2018, all sales and registration of light vehicles shall comply with the requirements of this standard.
This standard is published by the China Environmental Science Press, and the standard is available in the environmental protection department website (bz.mep.gov.cn).
Since January 1, 2018, the standard alternative to "light vehicle emissions limits and measurement methods (China's first, IV stage)" (18352.3-2005 GB). But before January 1, 2023, third, the four phase of light vehicles in the use of compliance check is still the implementation of the relevant requirements of 18352.3-2005 GB.
